I ordered z made to measure and colour design Glory rug from Daloun and am absolutely thrilled with it! The quality, colour and finish are really lovely. FedEx managed to lose the first parcel, but the customer service from Daloun was excellent , they remade and sent a new rug within 10 days. I would highly recommend this company 👌 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a problem with the first rug that I received but customer service was very responsive and courteous and a replacement rug was sent quickly. The replacement rug is everything I had hoped for; clear vibrant colors, soft fabric and correct sizing. I am very happy with the rug and would order again from this company knowing their Customer Service is so responsive.
So I bought this rug a few days ago and I customised it myself, for my daughter because she is getting a new, room makeover and this rug is perfect for it! Definitely recommend!
