I had a problem with the first rug that I received but customer service was very responsive and courteous and a replacement rug was sent quickly. The replacement rug is everything I had hoped for; clear vibrant colors, soft fabric and correct sizing. I am very happy with the rug and would order again from this company knowing their Customer Service is so responsive.
